Chiropractic adjustment to be performed manually and/or with the use of instruments or tools. An adjustment may be accompanied by soft tissue therapies, stretches, trigger point release, or other therapies deemed necessary by the physician in conjunction with the patient. Also included may be at home stretches or exercise, and advice to help the patient reach and maintain wellness goals as defined in the patient's treatment plan.
